Stoke Mandeville:- January 13th - 14th 2007
Legendary Triathlon coach Steve Trew hosts the first of his legendary Group Turbo Sessions at this fine sporting venue in Aylesbury. We also have the luxury of making use of the running track and 25m swimming pool. Guest speakers, core work, relaxation techniques all feature over the course of the weekend. A SwimforTri swim coach usually helps on these weekends to make the most of your time in the swimming pool.
We will swim, bike/turbo and run over the course of the weekend.
More information about Stoke Mandeville and map available here.

Coral Bay, Cyprus:- Sunday 7th October - Sunday 14th October
Warm Weather Swim Camp
After last years' successful visit, SwimforTri will be hosting another trip to Cyprus in October for an intensive week of swimming, drills, video and playback in the Coral Bay 50m pool. If you caught the bug for racing Triathlon at 2007's races then this will be the trip to take post race to get your training underway for getting faster in 2008 or to help get ready for what must be one of the last races of the year with us out in Grand Cayman!
We have 3 lanes booked twice each day in the 50m pool. 3-4 coaches ensures a lot of individual attention. We film at the morning session and after breakfast show the footage. The afternoons are free for spa visits/shopping or bring your bike and take in the magnificent Cyprus landscape. A short evening swim gives you the opportunity to practice what was revealed during the video playback. The evenings are your own to explore the islands nightlife for dinner if you have the energy.

Lanzarote:- Thursday 31st January - Thursday 7th February 2008
Sprint/Olympic Distance Triathlon Camp
Following on from the success of previous JBST warm weather camps, we are excited to be an official Club La Santa Triathlon Camp. This is the first time that JBST and SwimforTri link up together to provide an intensive week of training geared at shorter distance triathletes, although long course triathletes are more than welcome.
The camp is based at the World-renowned Club La Santa complex. We will use the 50m outdoor pool, enclosed lagoon, 400m running track plus rides and runs that cover different parts of the Island of Lanzarote, near and far away from the complex. The sessions are perfect for athletes from intermediate to experienced level and the aim is to work with each person to ensure they get the right advice and training. The camp would not be suitable for an absolute beginner to exercise but those from single sports who have a few years endurance experience will find it manageable and much fun.
