Andalucia, Spain:- 8th March - 11th March 2007

Andalucia, SpainVO2 Pete spent last summer living in the mountainous interior of Andalucia (Southern Spain), an area between Malaga and Seville. Despite the high summer temperatures, he rode nearly every day, covering thousands of kilometres and getting to know the area very well. In his words, "It is a cycling paradise! Amazing roads, hardly any traffic, stunning scenery, great people and food and over three hundred days of sunshine a year!"

People started asking him to run some cycling weekends and so, in November last year he ran a pilot weekend. It was very successful and the positive feedback confirmed his suspicions; it is indeed a little known cycling paradise.

He is running the next trip on 8th-11th March; places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Click here to download the itinerary - you will see 11-14 hours of rides spread over three days of riding.

He has the facilities to cater for a range of fitness levels and experience so that a pace will be available to suit everybody.

For anyone planning alpine cycling challenges later in the year, this will provide an ideal early season start. While the Alps are still out of bounds, we should enjoy weather in the 24-28 degree range, and you can cut your climbing teeth on some 5-15km climbs before tackling the 12-30km climbs of the big Cols in France and Italy. See you there!

Lanzarote:- Thursday 31st January - Thursday 7th February 2008
Sprint/Olympic Distance Triathlon Camp

Grand CaymanFollowing on from the success of previous JBST warm weather camps, we are excited to be an official Club La Santa Triathlon Camp. This is the first time that JBST and SwimforTri link up together to provide an intensive week of training geared at shorter distance triathletes, although long course triathletes are more than welcome.

The camp is based at the World-renowned Club La Santa complex. The sessions are perfect for athletes from intermediate to experienced level and the aim is to work with each person to ensure they get the right advice and training.
