Here is a list of several trips we will be making in 2008/2009, either as SwimforTri events or with our training partners.
Cesenatico, Italy:- September 2008 and May 2009
What better way to get some miles in on the bike, swim outdoors and also take in the Nove Colli bike race. This race is now also known as the Marco Pantani Memorial event attracting 11,000 riders.
Join Dan, Steve and Mark in the Italian sunshine just north of Rimini for swim coaching and underwater analysis, along with daily run and cycling sessions. Don't worry, there'll be time for some wine tasting as well.
The Nove Colli bike race consists of over 11,000 racers - details here.

Lanzarote:- Thursday 5th February 2009 - Thursday 12th February 2009
Sprint/Olympic Distance Triathlon Camp
Once again Club La Santa, JBST and SwimForTri link up to provide an intensive week of training specifically structured for various distance athletes and short to long course triathletes.
The camp is based at the World-renowned Club La Santa complex. We will use the 50m outdoor pool, enclosed lagoon, 400m running track plus rides and runs that cover different parts of the Island of Lanzarote, near and far away from the complex. The sessions are perfect for athletes from intermediate to experienced level and the aim is to work with each person to ensure they get the right advice and training. The camp would not be suitable for an absolute beginner to exercise but those from single sports who have a few years endurance experience will find it manageable and much fun.
